If you do not understand the Terms of Use or do not agree with any Terms, you should immediately terminate using or accessing the Platform.
For the purposes of this Terms of Use, accessing the Platform together with any products, embedded there from shall hereinafter be collectively referred to as the "Services".
General
The Platform allows users to view interior designs for their homes.
DsignDpo will not be accountable for any delay or interruption in your access to the Platform or any content located on the Platform or for any equipment or software incompatibilities, transmission errors, or other failures of performance. DsignDpo will use realistic efforts to correct any fault in performance.
DsignDpo reserves the right to modify, suspend access to, or remove any or all of the products on the Platform at any time, for any reason, at its sole discretion. DsignDpo also reserves the right to discontinue the Website or mobile application at any time, either temporarily or permanently.
Registration
With the DsignDpo platform, you get full access to premium designs, when you subscribe to a plan. Every plan comes with some credits that you can use to buy the designs of your choice. Our range of interior designs include, but is not limited to:

In order to gain access to designs and other services, you agree:
(i) to provide accurate information about you as requested by DsignDpo while signing in
(ii) to maintain and promptly update your personal information;
(iii) to be fully responsible for all use of your account and for any actions that take place through your account;
(iv) you consent to be contacted by us via phone calls and/or SMS notifications, in case of any account verification or purchase-related updates.
We assure you that we will not use this information for any other purpose or share this information with any third party.
Copyright and intellectual property
The content of DsignDpo is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, distribute or use any of the materials or content on Platform without the written permission for commercial purposes.
The measurements of the interiors given in the app are based on specific furniture. Before using these measurements for your projects, it is suggested to have a better measurement idea of the real furniture or place where you are planning to execute them. Only after that, make use of the designs given in the app. The company (DsignDpo) will not be held liable for any damage caused by the use of the design.
All the designs provided in the App are based on the personal preference and experience of the company's designers. You shall make the final decision in your sole discretion regarding the use of the design, the materials used in the design, the colour combination used, or any part of the design and thereafter make the final decision regarding. The company will not be held liable for any loss that may result from your decision.
The list of materials to be used in the design is prepared by the experienced professionals of the company. Yet, before buying the material from that list, you must match the material that you bring for your furniture, at your level. This material list is an approximate list which may be more or less than the actual material.
All the materials shown in the App, like 3D Design, 2D drawings, material lists, contact lists, etc., are the company's private property. Without written permission from the company, you can not recreate, exploit, or use them for any commercial purposes.
All the designs given in this app are just to give you a plan so that you can get some help. We do not claim that these designs will work at your workplace as it is.
The company (DsignDpo) has reserved copyrights for all the 3D designs and 2D drawings given in the app. If you have a membership of the app, you are granted a limited right to use them for personal use only. In addition to personal and limited use of the designs and drawings given in the app, the written approval of the highest representative of the company will be considered essential for recreating, copying, lending, displaying or using for commercial use.
The concerned dealer and carpenter will be held personally responsible for all messages sent by them to any person or persons under the Chat module. DsignDpo does not take responsibility for any of these messages.
DsignDpo reserves the right to change the features given in the App at any time according to its needs.
Indemnification of DsignDpo
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless DsignDpo and its directors, employees, agents, suppliers, licensors, successors and assigns from and against any and all losses, causes of action, liabilities, claims, obligations, and damages whatsoever, including attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to your access or use of the Service, any false representation made to us (as part of these Terms and Conditions or otherwise), your violation of any of these Terms and Conditions, or any claim that any service we provide to you is inaccurate, inappropriate or defective in any way whatsoever.
Restriction and Termination of Use
DsignDpo may block, restrict, suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the free Services offered on the Platform, at any time in DsignDpo 's sole discretion, without prior notice to you if found any violations of the Terms of Use. You may terminate your DsignDpo account at any time by following the instructions available through the Service. Specifically, in case of prolonged inactivity, DsignDpo reserves the right to deactivate or terminate a user's account.
DsignDpo Liability
DsignDpo tries to ensure that the material included on the Platform is correct, reputable and of high quality. DsignDpo will not be responsible for any errors, omissions or for the results obtained from the use of such information or for any technical problems you may experience with the Platform. If DsignDpo is informed in a written format of any inaccuracies in the material on the Platform, we will attempt to correct the inaccuracies as soon as we can.
Third-Party Systems
Third-Party Systems may be integrated as part of the Platform or Services offered by the Company. The integration and the User’s use of such Third Party Systems may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by them. Users specifically undertake to comply with all Terms and Conditions imposed by the Third Party System Owners, and the Company assume no responsibility or liability in this respect.
Amendments
We may occasionally make changes to our terms and conditions. If this concerns you, then you are advised to check the current terms and conditions prior to every purchase. If you continue to use the Platform after a change in our terms and conditions, your use of the Platform indicates your agreement to be bound by the new terms and conditions.
